My name is Rhonda Wilson. I am a Northern Wisconsin (ahem, Up North) girl transplanted in the Toledo area. I guess one of the first things one may notice about me is that I have a trail of three rambunctious boys in various stages of undress and a teenage girl in a marching band uniform (we are proud of her nerdiness . . . and thankful she is not also in various stages of undress). My home is an unintentional and unwelcome portal from the real world to the fantasy world of video games. I am a stay-at-home mom with a love/hate relationship with this job so far. Our family has a child with ADHD and ODD and we have spent the past few years learning to help him and the rest of the family cope and grow. As many ADHD parents can relate, this has resulted in more than a few mishaps, missteps, and misfires . . . but surprisingly, it has also resulted in some of the funniest moments of my life. I love coffee, reading, writing, photography, my cat, family, quiet, and campfires. I have gray hairs and wrinkles and don’t care . . . most days. My most anticipated vacation includes a warm padded room, Xanax, and a few great books. And maybe my hubby.
